About the role
- Generate net requirements to plants and vendors
- Prepare the supply plan
- Generate the deployment plan in weekly/monthly buckets
- Replenish R&P materials to meet customer demand
- Consider network complexity and inventory targets
- Generate supply scenarios when necessary
- Analyse exceptions and adjust planning results accordingly
- Challenge manufacturing to manage lot sizes and cycle times
- Support Demand Planner to improve Planning Accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business or Economics.
- +3 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, distribution planning, load planning, or/and logistics role.
- Proficiency in using relevant planning software and tools (OMP, APO, SAP)
- Knowledge of product portfolio, brand profitability
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Experience in data analysis and reporting using tools like Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, both internal Operations and Logistics, Nestle Inter-Market partners (IMS), and external (third party manufacturers)
