About the role

  • Develop and execute People Strategy and People Plan for assigned Division/BUs.
  • Align workforce planning with immediate and future organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic advice on people-related matters to Business Heads, addressing opportunities and challenges proactively.
  • Continuously review and optimize Division/BU structure to enhance performance, ensuring compliance with Nestlé principles and local needs.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives using proven methodologies.
  • Coach and support Line Managers in implementing core HR processes aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive talent agenda based on People Plan.
  • Support Line Managers in succession planning, performance reviews, and other key HR processes.
  • Foster positive, collaborative relationships between managers and employees.
  • Champion an inclusive, empowering culture built on Speed, Collaboration, Learning, and Courage.

Requirements

  • Experienced HRBP, especially on Commercial functions.
  • Broad HR exposure: Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Recruitment.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage organizational change using design, development.
  • Hands-on experience managing employee and labor relations.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching, developing talents.
  • Experience in creating, implementing, and executing people strategies for business units or functions.
  • Skilled at achieving results through collaboration and influencing in a matrix organization.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of performance drivers and long-term strategy.
  • Strong on stakeholder management.
  • Experience in organizational design, behaviors, and psychology.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and compliance.
  • Awareness of HR market trends and ability to influence functional development.
  • Understanding of communication strategies, including digital and social media platforms.
