About the role
- Repair and maintenance of business machines for our B2B customers
- Telephone contact, technical consultation, troubleshooting and appointment scheduling
- On-site customer support including repair, maintenance and installation of coffee machines
Requirements
- Completed technical training or school leaver with a technical focus (electrical engineering or similar), and initial professional experience in a comparable role
- Strong communication skills, technical aptitude, initiative and a customer-oriented manner
- Good MS Office skills, fluent German and good English
- Residence in the area
