About the role
- Repair and maintenance of commercial coffee machines for our B2B customers
- Telephone contact with customers, advising on technical questions, troubleshooting and scheduling appointments
- On-site customer support including repair, maintenance and installation of coffee machines
Requirements
- Completed technical education or technical school graduate (focus in electrical engineering or similar), plus initial professional experience in a comparable role
- Strong communication skills, technical understanding, a proactive attitude and a customer-focused demeanor
- Good MS Office skills, fluent German and good English skills
- Residence within the service area
