About the role
- Responsible for developing customer relationships and delivering profitable sustainable growth through day-to-day management of the commercial plan
- Work closely with Customer Business Team and Category Development Team
- Develop and agree customer specific joint business plans (JBP’s)
- Full P&L management and accountability including sales revenue, trade spend, market share and profit targets
- Pro-actively manage relationship between Nestlé and customers
- Build and develop effective relationships through engaging contact strategy
- Co-create and execute robust channel strategies
- Provide inputs for Monthly Business Planning cycle
- Oversee and ensure Nestlé Category and Marketing initiative plans executed in store
- Run promotional post-evaluation and optimisation
- Monitor industry and competitor activity to align with strategic commercial vision
Requirements
- Fantastic breadth of sales experience within the FMCG sector
- Passionate, tenacious, results focused
- Skilled negotiator with ability to conduct multi-faceted negotiations
- Understanding of forecast planning principles
- Solid level of analytical and numeracy capability including basics of customer Profit and Loss statements
- Understanding of customer centric approach
- Strong Category Management skills
- Understanding of Supply Chain and demand planning principles
- Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of personal development journey
