About the role
- Drive the implementation and activation of the e-commerce strategy in Belgium
- Localize and activate brand 5P online for priority categories and customers
- Manage and optimize e-commerce content across key retailers
- Lead the execution of onsite and offsite activation plans in collaboration with agencies and retailer partners
- Ensure strong alignment between internal and external stakeholders on targets, tools, and activation plans
- Apply robust local measurement frameworks and KPIs to track and accelerate business growth
- Monitor and report on activation effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Gather and share best practices, guidelines, and knowledge within the organization
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities and drive a test-and-learn mentality
- Oversee the operations and development of local e-commerce platforms
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience in Marketing, Sales, or Digital
- Strong understanding of the Belgian online retail market and digital marketing
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and performance reporting
- Fluent in French or Dutch and English
- Autonomous, proactive, and open-minded, with a passion for continuous improvement and teamwork
