Advocate use of Nestlé’s content operating models and global solutions.
Coordinate content execution plans across categories, SBUs, and markets.
Guide content localization based on brand plans and define continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
Drive training and capability building across all levels in content tools and systems.
Establish governance and efficient ways of working for content deployment.
Ensure IBS and MSE solutions are effectively used and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content operations, or eBusiness, preferably in a regional or global organization.
Experience working with cross-functional and multi-market teams is highly valued.
Previous exposure to content governance, digital asset management tools, or content production workflows (e.g., Content Studios, Content Services) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of content management systems, digital content workflows, and eCommerce content requirements.
Familiarity with Nestlé's or similar content operating models (Content Hub, toolkits, playbooks, etc.).
Proficient in using collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) and data/reporting tools for insights and performance tracking.
Experience with content localization processes across multiple markets.
Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.
