About the role
- AI-Generated Ads & Visuals – Create engaging AI-generated video ads, visuals, and memes that drive attention and conversions.
- Develop AI characters and scenes for social, billboard, and paid campaigns.
- Turn radio ads and stories into cinematic AI video scenes and viral intros.
- Use AI tools to blend UGC actors or AI avatars with real footage through overlays.
- Generate realistic static ads, thumbnails, and short-form content for organic and paid channels.
- Maintain high creative output, balancing quality with daily volume goals.
- Stay on top of viral trends and translate them into creative AI campaigns.
- Brainstorm and test new content formats, video hooks, and story-driven ads.
- Use AI tools for image editing, visual manipulation, and product integration.
- Develop AI scripts and voiceovers using tools for character-driven storytelling.
- Master state-of-the-art AI platforms and research emerging AI tools.
- Partner with teams to bring creative ideas to life and collaborate on larger campaigns.
- Review creative performance data and optimize visuals, hooks, and formats based on results.
Requirements
- AI Prompt Engineering Mastery – Ability to get precise, creative, and efficient results across multiple AI tools.
- Advanced AI Creative Tool Expertise – Strong command of Runway, Sora, Google Veo, Midjourney, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, and ArcAds.
- High-Output Creator – You can produce large volumes of content while maintaining creative variety.
- Strong Communication Skills – You thrive in fast feedback loops and collaborative ideation.
- Trend Awareness – Deep understanding of viral video mechanics.
- Portfolio Required – Showcase of AI-generated visuals, videos, or creative experiments.
- Experience creating content for paid ads or viral campaigns (Huge plus!)
