About the role
- Responsible for functional management, leadership and execution of sales related activities for the Nestlé Health Science portfolio
- Manage relationship with external brokers and work with internal teams to identify business opportunities
- Establish strong working relationships with internal teams including Customer Strategy, Finance, and Customer Service
- Deliver against sales targets and new product distribution goals
- Identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategic sales plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field preferred
- 5 years of experience strongly preferred with at least 2 years working directly with 3rd party brokers supporting distributors/wholesalers
- Sales experience in the grocery, drug, and/or mass retail channel(s) required
- Knowledge of the Medicare Advantage business model preferred
- Experience in consumer goods and health & wellness highly preferred
- Prior experience using syndicated data to determine customer needs and establish effective pricing and promotional activities
