People Operations

• Coordinate interview calendars, schedule onboarding calls and welcome chats
• Manage onboarding checklists, access setups, and ensure smooth offboarding and exit surveys
• Maintain HRIS data in BambooHR and keep internal trackers and people-related documentation accurate
• Act as a friendly point of contact for general HR questions and team support
• Support employee experience initiatives: remote events, birthday shoutouts, engagement activities
• Gather and consolidate feedback from surveys, retros, and check-ins to improve processes
• Support scheduling for performance reviews, regular 1:1s, and team pulse check-ins
• Partner with other departments to ensure tools, access, and expense processes run smoothly
• Document and improve internal people processes as the company grows
• Provide executive support to the CEO: calendar management, meeting scheduling, follow-ups, and day-to-day logistics
