Growth Marketing

• Own key funnel stages from KYC → first deposit → repeat usage → referral. Collaborate with product, design, and growth to identify and remove friction along these journeys.
• Use behavioural and funnel data to identify drop-offs and design interventions that drive adoption. Work with Customer Success and Community to gather real user feedback and convert it into actionable improvements.
• Define and monitor growth KPIs (activation, first-time deposit, retention, and referral rates). Translate user and transaction data into actionable insights that inform roadmap priorities.
• Lead structured experimentation cycles: prioritise, test, measure, and iterate. Work with Design and Engineering to deliver high-impact experiments with minimal overhead. Document learnings and integrate successful tests into the core product.
• Collaborate with Growth and Marketing to ensure alignment between growth initiatives and product roadmap. Communicate insights and progress clearly to leadership and stakeholders. Drive a culture of measurable growth and continuous learning.

• Own Onboard’s growth strategy end-to-end, aligning acquisition, activation, and community around clear north star metrics
• Build and maintain a quantitative growth model (CAC, LTV, funnels, budget allocation) that drives weekly decisions
• Manage, coach, and level up growth team, ensuring pods are deeply accountable, data-prepared, and execution-focused
• Build scalable multi-channel growth playbooks, including paid, influencer, content, SEO/LLM/ASO, and partnerships
• Partner with Product to align features with growth levers, optimize funnels, and remove activation friction

• Support employee experience initiatives: remote events, birthday shoutouts, engagement activities
• Gather and consolidate feedback from surveys, retros, and check-ins to improve processes
• Support scheduling for performance reviews, regular 1:1s, and team pulse check-ins
• Partner with other departments to ensure tools, access, and expense processes run smoothly
