About the role

  • Own Onboard’s growth strategy end-to-end, aligning acquisition, activation, and community around clear north star metrics
  • Build and maintain a quantitative growth model (CAC, LTV, funnels, budget allocation) that drives weekly decisions
  • Manage, coach, and level up growth team, ensuring pods are deeply accountable, data-prepared, and execution-focused
  • Build scalable multi-channel growth playbooks, including paid, influencer, content, SEO/LLM/ASO, and partnerships
  • Partner with Product to align features with growth levers, optimize funnels, and remove activation friction
  • Translate high-level targets into clear goals, ownership, and metrics for each pod
  • Report progress, insights, and recommendations directly to leadership and investors

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in growth, with proven success in fintech, neobanking, or consumer apps
  • Strong data and analytical skills - SQL, spreadsheets, and comfort turning data into models, forecasts, and decisions
  • Track record of taking products from 0→1 or early scale, not just running playbooks in post-PMF environments
  • Experience managing and leveling up team mates; you know how to hold pods accountable
  • Multi-channel expertise across paid, influencer/creator marketing, partnerships, SEO/content, and ASO
  • Highly structured and process-oriented, with a strong operator mindset
  • Passion for financial access, remote work, and the onchain economy
