Support Engineer

• Analyze data from Nest’s products to inform operational and strategic decisions.
• Translate business questions into data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Work with Nest senior leadership to define and lead a product and technology strategy vision that enables Nest Health's clinical mission and business model.
• Work closely with the CFO who oversees business intelligence to ensure that data platforms, architecture, and pipelines reliably enable timely, accurate reporting and analysis across the enterprise.
• Own end-to-end platform strategy across core operational systems including EMR, CRM, ERP, care coordination platforms, analytics platforms, and third-party integrations
• Ensure interoperability, data integrity, and scalability across all platforms as Nest expands across states, payers, and care models
• Recommend major investment decisions and outline trade-offs across technology domains.
• Lead Nest’s strategy for AI enablement and capacity building.
• Present product and technology roadmap, progress, and investment needs to board of directors quarterly.

Vice President, Product and Technology

Operations

• Maintain office operations, including clinical and office supplies, invoicing, and coordination with landlords and administrative vendors
• Oversee onboarding for new team members, ensuring equipment, access, and systems are fully set up
• Follow up on all Redeterminations and ensure completion/ Eligibility Work
• Serve as a SuperUser for Salesforce and Athena, providing guidance and troubleshooting for the local team
• Manage mileage tracking, audits, and related compliance needs
• Support clinical operations by maintaining lab binders, performing quality controls, and ensuring clinical supplies remain at appropriate levels

Data Engineer

• Model healthcare data for operations, analytics and ML using dimensional or data-vault techniques.
• Partner with data scientists to productionize ML/AI solutions: implement feature pipelines, , batch and streaming inference endpoints, drift/performance monitoring, and practical explainability for end users.
• Automate repetitive analytics tasks and integrate ML models into production-grade data pipelines.
• Design, build, and maintain pipelines supporting batch and near-real-time operational, analytical and ML workloads.
• Enable downstream analytics by publishing curated marts/views and managing schema updates.

ML/AI Data Engineer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Maintain and continuously improve Nest’s financial forecast model, including monthly updates for revenue, staffing, and operating expenses.
• Partner with accounting and operational leaders to prepare monthly budget vs actual reporting and variance explanations
• Maintain and evolve Nest’s underlying staffing and productivity models, ensuring alignment with hiring plans and provider capacity
• Develop tools to forecast cash flow and runway including sensitivity analysis
• Perform variance, trend, and scenario analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
• Support board and investor reporting including key metrics, dashboards, and slides
• Collaborate with leaders across markets and departments to evaluate new initiatives, partnerships, and ROI opportunities
