Own and achieve a sales quota by selling Nerdio solutions through partners in India.
Prospect and qualify opportunities in collaboration with Microsoft and partners.
Build and manage a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM usage.
Drive sales cycles with customers alongside partners — present, demo, negotiate, and close.
Recruit and onboard new partners where needed to expand Nerdio’s reach in India.
Strengthen existing partners by running sales trainings, joint account planning, and co-selling motions.
Collaborate with Microsoft teams to align on target accounts and partners, and accelerate customer acquisition.
Guide partners on using Nerdio programs (deal registration, competitive displacement, and other programs that may be announced from time to time) to improve their profitability.
Act as a trusted advisor to partner sales teams and technical leaders, ensuring they are confident in positioning Nerdio.
Requirements
10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in cloud, EUC, or VDI solutions.
Proven ability to sell through partners and close complex deals.
Experience with AVD, Citrix, VMware, or related desktop virtualization/cloud solutions strongly preferred.
Strong network and relationships with Microsoft, GSIs, VARs, and resellers in India.
Executive presence with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive pipeline generation, deal progression, and closure with consistency.
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
Strong sales discipline with CRM and pipeline management.
