• Lead and grow business with existing CPG clients across assigned territory
• Uncover new business opportunities
• Sell Neptune’s comprehensive portfolio including In Store Advertising, Digital Incentives, and Media solutions
• Employ effective selling strategies to successfully increase revenue across accounts
• Manage relationships and negotiations at all levels of assigned region/accounts
• Secure meetings with senior-level decision makers
• Drive adoption of Neptune solutions by creating client-centric campaigns

Senior Account Director

• Manage current accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Build upon current and new relationships to close profitable business sales.
• Drive growth, ensuring performance is aligned with overall company goals and profitability targets.
• Generate leads and secure meetings with potential clients and merchants to understand their business and how Neptune’s Omni capabilities can solve the needs of the customers’ business goals.
• Create and deliver client-centric campaigns utilizing Neptune tools & resources to deliver data-driven proposals.
• Ability to build recommendations based on data, insights, and financial forecasting models is essential.
• Engage with internal resources (Marketing, Digital Strategy, Consumer Insights, Operations, Finance, and Management) to uncover business driving opportunities and elevate client proposals.
• Deeply understand the assigned book of business and maintain a weekly forecasting cadence and reporting on opportunities, client status, and closed sales.

General

• Traffic, schedule & maintain digital ad campaigns across ad tech systems
• Creative QA and testing
• Campaign tag management
• Secure and provision audiences for campaigns
• Campaign set-up, troubleshooting, reporting and billing tasks
• Ad screenshots, post campaign wrap-up reports
• Work closely with the digital trading team and provide superior customer service

Digital Media Coordinator

• Strategically build upon current and new business relationships to close profitable business sales, including new pharma revenue opportunities
• Secure meetings with senior-level decision makers to understand their business objectives and can help potential customers to achieve their goals.
• Create client-centric campaign options utilizing capabilities and resources to address client needs.
• Engage with internal resources (Marketing, Digital Strategy, Consumer Insights, Operations, Finance, and Management) to both uncover business driving opportunities and elevate client proposals.
• Maintain weekly forecasting and reporting of lead development to management.

Sales

• Driving better than market annual growth each year
• Strategically build upon current and new business relationships in order to close profitable business sales, including new adult beverage and pharma revenue opportunities
• Secure meetings with senior-level decision makers to understand their business objective and can help potential customers to achieve their goals
• Create client-centric campaign options utilizing capabilities and resources to address client needs
• Engage with internal resources (Marketing, Digital Strategy, Consumer Insights, Operations, Finance, and Management) to both uncover business driving opportunities and elevate client proposals
• Maintain a weekly cadence of forecasting and reporting of lead development to management
