About the role

  • Own the strategy, execution, and performance of Neostella’s partner marketing program
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Partnerships to ensure partner-facing messaging is aligned with our positioning
  • Develop co-marketing strategies, build enablement content, and support partner engagement
  • Plan and execute multi-channel co-marketing initiatives, including webinars, co-branded content, and campaigns
  • Partner with Demand Generation to amplify high-impact partner campaigns
  • Gather structured feedback from partners on market positioning, competitors, and customer objections

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5–7 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, product marketing, or related roles
  • Strong English fluency (written and spoken)
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to create onboarding, adoption, or post-sale enablement materials in B2B or SaaS environments
  • Experience planning and supporting webinars, co-marketing campaigns, or partnered events
  • Experience working with partnerships or channel programs
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with U.S.-based teams
  • Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or technology environments
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and execution mindset
