About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, reference checks (as applicable), and offer coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop inclusive job descriptions, and align on recruiting strategies, timelines, and selection criteria.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, direct outreach, employee referrals, and relevant online platforms.
- Conduct consistent, job-related candidate assessments using structured, behavior-based, and competency-based interviews with defined evaluation criteria.
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related tools to maintain accurate, compliant candidate records and to generate regular recruiting metrics and reports.
- Monitor and support compliance with applicable U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies, including EEOC and ADA requirements, throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion stakeholders to implement inclusive hiring practices, broaden access to underrepresented talent pools, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to support workforce planning, internal mobility, succession considerations, and a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Requirements
- Typically 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations related to hiring, including EEOC, ADA, and relevant state and local requirements.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and common sourcing platforms (such as job boards and professional networking sites).
- Strong interviewing skills, including experience with structured, behavior-based, and competency-based techniques, and the ability to provide clear, timely communication to candidates and hiring managers.
- Proven ability to build effective, professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels, along with a high level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality and inclusive hiring practices.
