About the role
- Successfully install, maintain, and service scanning instruments across US clinical sites, ensuring high reliability and minimal downtime.
- Build strong collaboration with engineering and operational teams, translating field insights into actionable product and process improvements.
- Establish consistent documentation, reporting, and compliance standards across installations and service activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, instrument performance, and preventative maintenance approaches.
- Support the scaling of field service capabilities as Neko expands its clinical footprint in the US.
Requirements
- Technical certification, Associate degree, or equivalent experience in an engineering, biomedical, or technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in field service engineering, technical support, instrumentation, or similar roles.
- Proven experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing technical equipment in operational environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and geographies.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biomedical engineering, electronics, or a related field (preferred).
