Senior Product Manager, AI

• As a Product Manager at Nectar Social, you'll own core features that integrate AI across social, support, creator, and content workflows, working directly with customers and our engineering team to build products that drive measurable business impact. This is a highly strategic role where speed of execution and customer understanding are critical to our success.
• In this role, your responsibilities would include:
• Owning the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch, working closely with engineering to ship features that matter
• Being the voice of the customer - conducting user research, gathering feedback, and translating real needs into product solutions
• Defining clear success metrics and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve our product
• Contributing to product strategy and vision, identifying opportunities that drive significant business value
• Moving fast and being scrappy - from writing specs to testing features, you'll wear multiple hats and thrive in ambiguity
• Staying on top of market trends and competitive landscape to ensure we're building the right things

Engineer

• Provide technical guidance for Asset Health Center equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, and battery test parameters
• Define technical parameters for future assets such as capacitor banks, voltage transformers, relays and controls, equipment monitors, DC systems, and protection communication devices
• Support the Asset Management group in maintaining spare inventory for transmission-level equipment, including transformers, breakers, DC systems, disconnect switches, relays, and communication devices
• Develop capital projects to address substation condition items in support of the transmission portfolio and improve system reliability
• Review field test results for transmission and substation equipment, providing recommendations for resolution
• Provide technical support to commissioning and maintenance engineers during capital projects and maintenance activities
• Interface daily with planning portfolio engineers, client management, and sponsors to align the long-range integrated portfolio plan with strategy and existing projects
• Ensure synergies across projects are captured within the portfolio of work
• Review client sponsor projects to confirm proper justification and portfolio alignment
• Mentor and provide informal training to client portfolio engineers on T&D design and projects

Portfolio Engineer, Transmission and Substation Support

Analyst

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and procurement contracts
• Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and client-specific standards and mitigate risk
• Maintain and track all contract documentation including amendments, renewals, and expirations
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, procurement, finance) and external vendors to resolve contract issues
• Track performance against KPIs, deliverables, and timelines and provide updates to leadership
• Support resolution of contractual disputes in accordance with company policies and legal guidelines
• Review contract terms for cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Conduct periodic contract audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Provide contract support from project initiation to closeout, including project management, project controls, and construction management activities
