About the role
- Nectar Social: building an AI-native social operating system for social commerce
- Role: Director of Growth & Partnerships to spearhead programs driving visibility, pipeline, and ecosystem expansion
- Lead thought leadership (reports, LinkedIn strategy, webinars, events) to showcase expertise
- Execute growth marketing and demand generation (paid acquisition, dinners/events, sales campaigns)
- Build and scale partnerships and joint marketing initiatives; develop scalable partnership models
- High-impact strategic role requiring swift execution, creativity, and data-driven approach
Requirements
- 6–10+ years in marketing, growth, or partnerships roles (startup experience strongly preferred)
- Track record of building thought leadership content and demand-gen programs
- Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, event marketing, and digital campaigns
- Strong networker and relationship-builder; comfortable leading client-facing events
- Data-driven mindset with ability to tie initiatives back to growth metrics
- Entrepreneurial spirit — excited to build from zero to one in a fast-moving startup
- Bonus: Experience at early-stage/high-growth startups
- Bonus: Background in social commerce, creator economy, or enterprise tools
