About the role
- Provide support to Field Service Engineers requiring technical assistance
- Utilize Knowledge Systems to identify solutions to known problems
- Ensure first time and long-term resolution of technical issues
- Escalate unsolved problems to support groups for resolution
- Inform Management if resolution will take longer than requirements
Requirements
- Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, which may include night and weekend shifts (where applicable), and to perform overtime work upon management request or need
- Ability to work in an office environment either full time or on a hybrid work model (where applicable)
- Ability to work collaboratively with and around other team members in a Lab environment
- Some travel within may be required (where applicable)
- Perform other corresponding duties and tasks in accordance with their qualifications, as directed by Employer
