About the role
- Support an assigned region with planned maintenance activities
- Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all Intuitive products and equipment
- Perform system and hardware delivery and installation
- Complete administrative duties such as Spare parts inventory, Field Activity Reports
- Maintain Intuitive provided items including tooling and employee vehicle
Requirements
- 1-3 years of Field Service Experience preferred
- Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience preferred
- Proven track record of troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems preferred
- Good written and oral communication skills
- General computer skills
- Excellent administrative and record keeping skills
