About the role
- Lead client transitions from existing systems to the Ncontracts product suite, ensuring smooth conversions through effective client service and change management
- Serve as the primary client contact and subject matter expert on the Ncontracts product suite, building strong relationships based on trust and clear expectations
- Conduct client training sessions via phone, web, or in person to support adoption and success
- Analyze client needs, recommend solutions, and proactively consult and advise on best practices and process changes to ensure implementation goals are achieved
- Ensure client requirements and objectives are well defined, documented, and understood by the project team
- Maintain accurate project status in Ncontracts’ project management system to keep projects on track and completed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with leadership, support teams, and sales partners to align client expectations, address issues, and provide product expertise
- Continuously improve the implementation process to enhance client experience, satisfaction, and retention, including recommending advancements in project management practices and methodologies
- Transition clients to ongoing Client Support resources upon successful implementation
Requirements
- 2 years prior implementation or training experience required
- Experience working in Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management and/or Lending Compliance roles preferred
- Knowledge or Ncontracts’ solutions a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency with PC software with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite and web tools for conferencing and training
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage project completion with tight deadlines
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and on project teams
