About the role
- Independently executes comprehensive HR operational support across the employee lifecycle
- Manages complex HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations investigations, recruitment coordination, and HRIS administration
- Leads HR projects and drives compliance initiatives
- Coordinates facilities management activities to build organizational capability
- Independently manage recruitment processes including resume screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment
- Execute end-to-end People Operations support
- Handle confidential employee relations matters
- Lead compliance initiatives including internal HR audits
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree with 5+ years of progressive HR experience in generalist, operations, or business partner roles
- Solid understanding of HR principles and practices including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations including discrimination laws, wage and hour requirements, leave statutes, and workplace safety standards
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive employee matters
- Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms including Workday or similar enterprise systems
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Emerging mentorship capability
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent professional credentials
- Experience in software/SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments
- Experience conducting workplace investigations
- Bilingual capabilities with experience supporting diverse, multicultural employee populations
