About the role
- Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for our software solutions
- Lead transition from “CRM system” to “conversion and profitability engine”
- Align product strategy with company growth pillars (conversion, consolidation, compliance, profit per car)
- Own the full retail flow from lead to service retention
- Build tools that reduce friction in variable operations
- Embed AI to become native in the platform
- Partner with CRO and CEO on pricing strategy, packaging, monetization expansion and competitive positioning
- Build and scale product management, design, and product operations
Requirements
- 10+ years in automotive retail technology
- Deep experience with: Dealer CRM systems, Credit bureaus and soft/hard pulls, F&I workflow, Lender and B2B integrations
- Prior leadership role in: Automotive SaaS, DMS / CRM / Credit platform, Desking or F&I technology
- Proven record of delivering revenue-generating products at scale
