About the role

  • Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for our software solutions
  • Lead transition from “CRM system” to “conversion and profitability engine”
  • Align product strategy with company growth pillars (conversion, consolidation, compliance, profit per car)
  • Own the full retail flow from lead to service retention
  • Build tools that reduce friction in variable operations
  • Embed AI to become native in the platform
  • Partner with CRO and CEO on pricing strategy, packaging, monetization expansion and competitive positioning
  • Build and scale product management, design, and product operations

Requirements

  • 10+ years in automotive retail technology
  • Deep experience with: Dealer CRM systems, Credit bureaus and soft/hard pulls, F&I workflow, Lender and B2B integrations
  • Prior leadership role in: Automotive SaaS, DMS / CRM / Credit platform, Desking or F&I technology
  • Proven record of delivering revenue-generating products at scale
