About the role
- Work directly with customers in a retail location to evaluate product needs and make recommendations
- Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions
- Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and process bill payments in-store
- Answer questions on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests
- Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products
- Provide expert-level understanding and passion around technology and Comcast products/services
- Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information
- Contribute to a fun and competitive sales environment and connect products to customers' lifestyles
- Participate in on-the-job training and pursue sales targets with uncapped commission potential
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (High School Diploma / GED required)
- Generally requires 2-5 years related experience
- Prefer consumer electronics/wireless retail sales experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s), and overtime as needed
- Ability to work in alternate stores outside of the home base store
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes
- Ability to stand and move about the store constantly
