Assist and consult with customers on products and services using knowledge, skills and technology to achieve world class sales and service experience
Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities
Listen and evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives
Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services and gain their consent
Perform operational and administrative tasks
Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues as appropriate
Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and warm and friendly demeanor
Comply with company and retail operational policies and procedures
Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning
Must be able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s) and overtime
May be asked to work in alternate stores outside of home base store
Must be able to carry and lift up to 25 pound boxes, stand and move about the store constantly
