Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities
Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services
Promote bundled product sales to deliver optimal solutions for customers
Develop territory through local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast positioning and brand
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required
Generate new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships
Manage a high-activity territory with a comprehensive business plan and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
Team with technical, customer service and related support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction
Remain knowledgeable of competitive landscape and emerging technologies
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives
Adhere to company standards and business professionalism; perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (preferred; combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience may be considered)
5-7 Years relevant work experience
Sales experience selling Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses
Knowledge of advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities
Ability to create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations
Territory development and management experience
Prospecting skills including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships
Consultative selling skills to identify customer improvement areas
Maintain pipeline and meet/exceed quota performance
