About the role
- Hybrid model: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote. Monday–Friday, day shift. Flexibility to work in local time zones with availability during EST hours.\n
- Training & Onboarding Includes job shadowing, self-guided training modules, and onboard documentation.\n
- Side-by-side training with team members to ensure a smooth transition.\n
- Key Responsibilities Define and prioritize product requirements and features for development by engineering teams.\n
- Translate business needs into user stories and manage the full product lifecycle.\n
- Partner with UX/UI teams to influence and guide product design decisions.\n
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and align cross-functional stakeholders.\n
- Analyze user feedback to refine and enhance platform features.\n
- Support deployment, trial, and measure success through pNPS and feature adoption.\n
- Manage 3–4 use cases per quarter, from ideation to launch.\n
- Take a proactive role in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of release/sprint goals.\n
- Collaborate with CXSO pillar leads.\n
- Work with AI-powered platforms Celestial and Mercury Assistant to improve customer experience.\n
- Participate in business readiness testing, user testing, and capturing trial feedback.\n
- Ensuring product requirements reflect privacy, security, DEI, accessibility, and ethical design standards.\n
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.\n
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.\n
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.\n
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant product management experience.\n
- Strong facilitation and communication skills; ability to lead technical discussions.\n
- Experience with customer/user data, preferably in AWS.\n
- Solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals.\n
- Full lifecycle product management experience including testing and trials.\n
- Familiarity with AI technologies including Google Cloud, Gemini, and Google Playbooks.\n
- Experience with Google Technologies, Open AI, and Generative AI.\n
- Exposure to Celestial and Mercury Assistant platforms (preferred).\n
- Background in building frontline tools for customer service (preferred).\n
- Ability to analyze user feedback and adjust features accordingly.
