About the role

  • Serve as senior solutions engineer establishing best practices in partner integrations and acting as key technical expert for FreeWheel partnerships solutions
  • Communicate technical requirements between partners, clients and internal stakeholders and offer creative solutions
  • Engage with Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, and Product Management teams
  • Scope and validate new partner integrations and provide innovative solutions for client business requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, recommend revenue-increasing changes, implement automation and mentor junior team members
  • Liaise between Sales, Account Management, Product Solutions, Product Management, and Engineering to provide guidance and feedback
  • Design and provide advanced trainings to internal teams and occasionally clients and partners
  • Provide timely technical support and problem resolution for escalated questions
  • Participate in strategic discussions to improve team operations and performance
  • Exercise consistent independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance

Requirements

  • Experience in the online advertising/internet marketing or video/television advertising technology in a client-facing capacity
  • Strong technical skills and familiarity with scripted programming languages, SQL, TCP/IP communication, C URL, etc.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills; ability to explain product functionality, technical design and limitations to executives and developers
  • Track record of exemplary software implementation and systems integration skills
  • Proven ability to drive large-scale projects with collaboration, leadership and attention to customer requirements
  • Understanding of the FreeWheel product suite and ability to work with Project Management, Support Engineering and Account Management
  • Ability to evaluate customer requirements and lead determination of internal priorities
  • 5-7 Years relevant work experience
