About the role
- Design usable products for GolfNow in collaboration with UX, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
- Understand business objectives and user needs to drive design execution.
- Ensure consistency in UI design by adhering to design systems.
- Produce visual assets including icons and instructional illustrations when necessary.
- Modify products based on feedback from users and test groups.
- Gather feedback and collaborate across multiple cross-functional partners.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design integrity during implementation.
- Monitor consumer trends to identify desirable product traits.
- Manage multiple projects and track progress effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Information Architecture, Design, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UI Designer.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly and effectively.
- Experience with transactional and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of Apple (HIG) Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design.
- Understand W3C web and accessibility standards.
- Expert in design tools, including Figma.
- Proficiency in rapid prototyping to visualize and validate UI concepts efficiently.
- Experience with continuous design, A/B testing and iteration.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UI design projects, with a focus on user-centered design.
