Understand business objectives and user needs to drive design execution.
Ensure consistency in UI design by adhering to design systems.
Produce visual assets including icons and instructional illustrations when necessary.
Modify products based on feedback from users and test groups.
Gather feedback and collaborate across multiple cross-functional partners.
Work closely with developers to ensure design integrity during implementation.
Monitor consumer trends to identify desirable product traits.
Manage multiple projects and track progress effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Information Architecture, Design, or related field.
3+ years of professional experience as a UI Designer.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly and effectively.
Experience with transactional and e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of Apple (HIG) Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design.
Understand W3C web and accessibility standards.
Expert in design tools, including Figma.
Proficiency in rapid prototyping to visualize and validate UI concepts efficiently.
Experience with continuous design, A/B testing and iteration.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UI design projects, with a focus on user-centered design.
