Requirements
2-5 years of experience in product design (startup preferred)
Strong portfolio with shipped product work and clear problem-solving
Curious & low-ego – You ask good questions, take feedback well, and stay open.
Figma-fluent – You build clean, navigable files with reusable components and patterns.
Craft-aware – You’ve got an eye for polish, UI conventions and trends, and the little things that make a design feel right.
Collaborative – You partner with engineers, PMs, and ops early and often.
Startup-savvy – You’re scrappy but pragmatic, think in MVPs (not unicorns), and know how to juggle user needs, business goals, and technical realities — even in ambiguity.
Outcome-oriented – You want your work to ship, improve lives, and move the needle.
Async-ready – You’re comfortable with async updates and video walkthroughs.
Human – You bring warmth, honesty, and a desire to help your team grow.
Experience with complex systems – especially in healthcare, pharmacy, or operational tools (Bonus)
Built or contributed to scalable design systems and component libraries (Bonus)
