Customer Support

• Triage, prioritize, and resolve incoming support tickets and phone calls from customers, utilizing our support management platform, while proactively communicating with the support team to ensure timely updates, efficient collaboration, and resolution of complex issues.
• Communicate in a responsive and empathetic manner with our customers, ensuring requests are followed up on and resolved in a timely manner.
• Categorize support requests and customer feedback to help surface larger themes and areas for improvement that would enhance our customers’ product experience.
• Become a subject matter expert of the House Rx pharmacy management system and workflows in order to best support and educate users on our products and services.

Customer Support Specialist

• Complete prior authorizations
• Source financial assistance on behalf of patients
• Process pharmacy claims
• Coordinate medication dispensing and shipping
• Dispensing functions including medication ordering, labeling and ensuring proper verification is complete
• Improve the patient experience by answering questions and requests via phone
• Act as a liaison between the patient, their provider and the pharmacist

Senior UX Designer

DevOps Engineer

• Architect and execute a comprehensive overhaul of our existing CI/CD pipelines (leveraging tools like GitHub Actions/Pipelines) to enhance speed, reliability, and security, preparing our delivery process for future growth.
• Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues (performance, availability, scaling) across our production environments (primarily AWS, with exposure to GCP).
• Design and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and maintain resilient, scalable, and cost-effective cloud resources.
