IT Support

• Own endpoint management across Windows and macOS, including provisioning, MDM policies (Iru, Microsoft Intune, PDQ), software deployment, patching, encryption, compliance, and standards for the complete device lifecycle.
• Administer core identity and SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack, including SSO, SCIM, groups, roles, permissions, MFA, device trust, and access policies.
• Manage employee lifecycle workflows, including onboarding, role changes, access reviews, offboarding, and deprovisioning.
• Automate repetitive IT workflows using PowerShell, Bash, Python, APIs, or workflow automation platforms.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex issues spanning endpoints, identity, SaaS applications, networking, and security tooling.
• Partner with Security on endpoint controls, least-privilege access, logging, incident response, and audit readiness across HIPAA, SOC 1, SOC 2 Type II, and HITRUST.
• Build clear documentation, runbooks, and repeatable processes - and fix recurring problems at the system level so IT scales cleanly as House Rx grows.

• Own and maintain a high bar for talent; define what great looks like and hold the standard.
• Identify and develop future engineering leaders.
• Provide architectural oversight across your pods, ensuring systems are scalable, maintainable, and built to last.
• Champion best practices across code quality, observability, testing, and system design.
• Stay close to the technical work to earn trust, spot issues early, and give grounded feedback.
• Lead by example with AI development tools and set clear expectations for the team to do the same.
• Evaluate and introduce AI tooling that improves developer velocity, code quality, and product capability.
• Build a team culture that treats AI as a genuine productivity multiplier, not a novelty.
• Help define House Rx's approach to responsible, high-leverage AI use in engineering.
