About the role
- Execute the design vision and strategy across two product lines, ensuring exceptional user experiences for each product.
- Lead the complete product design process for both products, from concept through implementation and iteration.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across multiple product workstreams.
- Implement and maintain design standards, patterns, and guidelines for each product, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Conduct and oversee comprehensive user research and usability testing initiatives.
- Partner with product managers and engineering teams to align on roadmaps, advocate for user needs, and ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Identify opportunities for design improvements and system-level efficiencies within each product.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design, with substantial experience designing complex B2B or enterprise software products.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, systems-level design, and a user-centered approach that has driven measurable business impact.
- Expert proficiency in design tools like Figma, with deep understanding of design systems and component architecture.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
