• Act as a strategic partner: Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, leaders and people partners to design high-performing teams by identifying and attracting new talent with the mindset, drive, and skills to thrive.
• Own complex end-to-end hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for global go-to-market and business roles — from crafting targeted job ads and sourcing strategies to shaping interviews, supporting decision-making, and closing top talent.
• Use data to drive decisions: Leverage real-time insights to improve hiring efficiency, identify funnel blockers, track quality of hire, and guide strategic decisions at every stage of the process.
• Challenge the status quo: Bring new ideas, tools, and AI to make recruiting smarter, more efficient, and enhance the candidate and hiring team experience.

Senior Recruiter, Go-to-Market & Business Functions

• Support recruiting activities: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, assisting with contract preparation
• Own small candidate pipelines and gain hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives including employer branding, recruitment analytics, and hiring manager enablement
• Work closely with the Recruiting Team and recruiting partner (screening call and up to 2 interview rounds)
• Help improve recruiting processes to make recruiting more efficient and scalable

Analyst

• Lead Population Health Analyst to identify and quantify opportunities to optimize health and healthcare outcomes, risk adjustment, clinical care quality and population health to drive performance improvement across our client base
• Operates in a dyad partnership with Lead Medical Economics Analyst to deliver integrated insights for clients
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align on priorities and analytic needs
• Translate data into actionable insights supporting cost containment and performance improvement
• Develop and monitor KPIs of illness burden, clinical quality, and risk adjustment
• Lead and mentor junior analysts; develop best practices and standards; ensure data quality
