About the role
- Support recruiting activities: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, assisting with contract preparation
- Own small candidate pipelines and gain hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives including employer branding, recruitment analytics, and hiring manager enablement
- Work closely with the Recruiting Team and recruiting partner (screening call and up to 2 interview rounds)
- Help improve recruiting processes to make recruiting more efficient and scalable
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar)
- Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and organizational development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Analytical mindset with basic experience in Excel or other data tools
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about the full recruitment lifecycle
- Fluency in English; German skills are a plus
