• In this role, you’ll forge strong relationships with our customers to identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, helping customers understand the value of our integrated platform of risk and compliance management solutions and services.
• Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, Product Specialists and your sales leader to ensure you have the resources you need to be successful.
• Proactively build and maintain relationships with NAVEX’s customers in the midmarket space to create new business opportunities through cross-sell and upsell, presenting the value of our integrated platform of risk and compliance management solutions and services
• Deliver persuasive presentations and SaaS technology demonstrations by storytelling actual business scenarios in an engaging and compelling manner to key decision makers
• Identify and meet customer needs with strong discovery and consultative value selling
• Effectively develop and prioritize a pipeline of opportunity beyond what is needed to achieve your sales goals, accurately forecasting sales
• Attend initial in-person 1-week intensive training and on-going virtual weekly product trainings to stay well informed on industry trends and up to date on NAVEX’s always evolving solutions
• Crush your sales quota, negotiating and closing opportunities

• You will join our Product Engineering team that shares a passion for designing quality solutions, embracing new technologies and delivering powerful products within our integrated risk and compliance management platform that help our customers protect their reputation and bottom line.
• As our Staff Software Engineer at NAVEX, you will have ample opportunity to invest in innovative product development and tool research, mentor team members, grow your career and tag your name to amazingly cool products, all while balancing your life priorities.
• What you’ll do:
• Work alongside senior software engineers to develop cool new features and enhancements in our platform services space that will delight our customers
• Participate in elaboration and design sessions to understand and refine requirements to be implemented
• Build unit tests and automation test suites to ensure our products deliver the highest quality
• Collaborate with scrum team members during sprint planning and daily standups and share your accomplishments during sprint reviews
• Provide constructive and honest feedback during code reviews and sprint retrospectives
• Work with Enterprise Architects to design our services

Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team. The starting pay for this role is $110,000 per annum with 5% MBO. Staff Software Engineer

Implementation Specialist

• Provide world-class customer service to all NAVEX customers
• Set expectations, establish project timelines, and motivate our customers to deliver within scope and on-time
• Coordinate internal and external resources via verbal and written communication for the flawless execution of customer projects
• Manage multiple implementation projects, prioritizing project responsibilities, executing project deliverables and tracking projects to successful completion
• Maintain accurate customer and project records
• Configure customer software using proprietary tools
• Provide project status updates and reliable project completion forecasting to your team manager at regularly scheduled meetings and as requested
• Maintain individual Key Performance targets
• Work on other exciting internal initiatives, as specified by your team manager
• Be present in the NAVEX office at least 2 days per week
• Be available to NAVEX customers during assigned shift (day, swing, or overnight)
