Provide administrative support to the Managing Director Asia-Pacific for Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan offices
Communication with accounting and HR service partners, invoice processing and filing, monitor service renewals, document filing, reports, expenses monitoring
Participate in and minute meetings of the Managing Director; take minutes and follow up on actions
Monitor commercial campaigns in Asia and maintain reports and records
Coordinate with stakeholders in Asia to maintain customer and market share reports
Support activities for customer projects as required
Support and coordinate marketing activities for Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan (events, exhibitions)
Handle routine e-mails and telephone calls on behalf of the MD Asia-Pac
Coordinate with employees in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan for operational office requirements
Liaise with Accounting and HR support business partners in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan
Liaise with other Navarino departments and personnel for effective coordination
Communicate with customers and resellers to support commercial department requirements
Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by the MD Asia-Pac
Requirements
University Degree (in business or technology)
Familiarity with MS Office
Basic IT working understanding is a plus
English: For customer facing roles C1-C2 or equivalent
Highly organized with attention to detail
Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
1-5 years’ experience in commercial or operations administrative support roles (preferred)
Any experience or exposure to maritime market is a plus
