About the role
- Partner with the HR team to support leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
- Assist in administering culture initiatives, employee development, and engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and industry laws and requirements, create and maintain standard operating procedures, manage reporting & analytics, and maintain accurate record keeping and systems.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits and leave offerings, performance management, payroll inquiries.
- Support talent acquisition efforts such as coordinating interview scheduling, drafting offer letters, coordinating onboarding logistics, and hiring documentation.
- Provide general office support including managing office supplies, coordinating vendors, and supporting internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR and office processes through better organization, documentation, and use of technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience supporting benefits & leaves, payroll, performance management, and compliance
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
