About the role

  • Joining a team that’s passionate about the customer vision and driving the growth agenda

  • Preparation and review of the release and environment strategy

Requirements

  • A solid understanding of lending platforms, products and propositions
  • Proven experience of AI implementations, with the ability to balance customer value with responsible and ethical delivery
  • Expert level knowledge and proficiency with scaled Agile and P3M tools and methodologies spanning value stream, portfolio, programme and team levels
  • The ability to prioritise and sequence tasks that are to be delivered by the feature teams
  • Strong servant leadership capabilities along with the ability to create and share a vision in-line with the bank’s objectives
  • Great stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both business and technical partners
