About the role
- Lead strategy for stakeholder relationships and advocacy within the EMS ecosystem.
- Manage the Partner & Advocacy Team to build and maintain partnerships that support the National Registry's mission.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement to strengthen trust, improve collaboration, and keep the National Registry responsive to community needs.
- Develop and implement enterprise relationship and advocacy strategies for the organization.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to foster collaboration and strengthen partnerships across the EMS ecosystem.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of relationship and advocacy initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Senior-level experience in stakeholder relations, government relations, advocacy, enterprise partnerships, or equivalent roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading field-based teams and managing CRM systems.
- Experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments such as public sector, healthcare, education, public safety, or regulatory.
