About the role
- Execute and continuously improve hiring and onboarding strategies
- Partner with functional leaders, HR Business Partners, and internal stakeholders to understand talent needs
- Manage day-to-day talent acquisition operations, delivering consistent, high-quality, full-cycle recruiting outcomes
- Oversee effective use of talent acquisition systems and tools
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws and internal policies
- Hire, onboard, coach, and develop direct reports to deliver strong recruiting outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including agency and in-house recruiting
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting across exempt and non-exempt roles
- Nonprofit, healthcare, or mission-driven organizational experience
- Experience recruiting for/with/in values-based environments
- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting / ATS
- Proven ability to operate effectively in Workday Recruiting
- Experience supporting or strengthening an existing recruiting function
- People leadership experience in a small-team environment
