About the role

  • Provide skilled nursing care while coordinating the overall care plan for hospice patients and their families.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
  • Minimum of two years of RN experience required.
  • Previous hospice or home health experience is strongly preferred.
