Lead and manage multiple competing projects simultaneously, defining, delegating and managing build deliverables
Perform complex build and configuration in Epic HB and HB Claims, external financial clearinghouses, and related products
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for project scoping, technical design, and process improvement
Consult with installing member billing offices, identify existing billing workflows, review claim examples and regulatory requirements, and suggest build solutions
Translate and design customized Epic financial build logic when standard options are not available
Provide weekly financial updates and project status reports throughout each project
Act as project and technical consultant and lead strategic discussions with executive points of contact
Attend go-lives, lead ad hoc decision-making from command or billing centers
Operate in OCHIN’s Member Care Team framework and lead working sessions to resolve advanced integration work orders
Discuss and provide workflow solutions and hands-on training for members
Lead and mentor other analysts on complex interdepartmental project work
Document build specifications, team processes, and complex clinic workflows
QA complex builds, Quarterly Update modifications, and other work orders
Collaborate with members from other OCHIN teams to address integration issues
Provide elbow support to clinic staff during Go-Lives and Dress Rehearsals
Lead trainings and workgroups for members and develop/share workflow best practices
Travel up to 20-25% to support on-site software installations
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role
Minimum of 2 applicable certifications/proficiencies with preference given to Epic Resolute HB, HB Claims, Charge Router, CDM, SBO
Preferred certifications are HB and HB Claims
Work history in Healthcare IT is required
Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science preferred) or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience
Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic full cycle build in HB and HB Claims
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills
Ability to travel up to 20-25% to support UAT and Go Lives
Prior to moving forward to the team interview, all candidates are required to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment
