Pre-Go-Live Preparation: system readiness & validation, assist with final end-to-end testing (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Integrations), validate role assignments, workflow configurations, and segregation of duties
Support mock cutover activities and validate data migration; validate technical steps in cutover checklist and confirm user provisioning and workflow approvals
Issue tracking & resolution: log, triage, and escalate issues to Implementor or Oracle SRs; document recurring issues and create quick reference guides for business users
Training & Knowledge Transfer: create/review job aids, act as IT liaison for functional SMEs, identify training gaps and suggest reinforcement sessions
Post-Go-Live Hypercare & Stabilization: serve as Level 2 support for ServiceNow tickets, troubleshoot integration errors, escalate critical defects to Oracle SRs or Implementor
System monitoring & maintenance: monitor scheduled jobs and integrations, validate file transfers between systems
Business support & adoption: provide end-user support for Oracle ERP issues, develop FAQs, troubleshoot recurring "how-to" questions, support data reconciliation and trial runs for file transfers
Requirements
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Must be familiar with Product) — 4 Years experience required
ERP Functional knowledge — 3 Years experience required
General Ledger (GL) — 3 Years experience required
Accounts Payable (AP) — 3 Years experience required
Accounts Receivable (AR) — 3 Years experience highly desired
Procurement — 3 Years experience highly desired
End User Support — 4 Years experience required
ServiceNow or similar ticketing system — 3 Years experience highly desired
Experience with integrations and file transfer processes
Experience with testing, cutover planning, data migration, and hypercare
Oracle Cloud Certifications — nice to have
