About the role
- Configure and support clinical applications within Epic EHR software
- Act as Level 2 technical support for ancillary integrated products
- Collect and resolve issues while coordinating with Help Desk
- Lead working sessions with OCHIN members on complex integration work orders
- Provide workflow solutions and hands-on training
- QA complex builds, Service Update modifications, and other work orders
- Collaborate with members from other OCHIN teams to address integration issues
- Provide elbow support to clinic staff during Go-Lives
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar or relevant role
- One EPIC certification may be substituted for one year of experience
- 3-5 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst
- Minimum of 2 years of application build experience
- Work history in Healthcare IT is required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Epic ClinDoc Certification is required
- Experience working in Epic Stork is required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
