About the role
- Apply your analytical and strategic skills to initiate, build, and develop the business case for major company initiatives.
- Develop strategies that recover money while doing so with empathy.
- Formulating, developing and instituting business strategies in loss mitigation, recoveries, repossession, and remarketing to reduce net losses.
- Partnering with product, tech, data science, and operation teams to implement data driven strategies.
- Analyzing and developing the full life cycle of a project including implementation/execution.
- Communicate with concise insights and/or visualizations utilizing software such as Tableau.
- Leveraging various AI technologies to streamline operational and technological improvements.
- Design, develop, test, and implement new products and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as economics, engineering, finance, statistics, mathematics, or hard science.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Performing data visualization/dashboarding with tableau or similar tool
- Experience querying and analyzing data in SQL, and/or python
- 2 years experience in analytics, engineering, consulting, or marketing
