About the role
- Develop, maintain and troubleshoot systems related to hardware and operating systems
- Set up desktop systems and support Go-Live Epic system implementations at member locations
- Ensure production infrastructure meets all service level commitments
- Responsible for Active Directory Enterprise Administration, Active Directory process automation
- Participate and/or lead in complex customer and internal projects
- Proactively and reactively look for solutions to prevent complex problems from occurring
- Develop and maintain systems documentation and standard operating procedures
- Participation in on-call rotation with other Systems Staff
Requirements
- Minimum of 4-years of experience in System Administration is required
- Minimum of 3-years Experienced with volume Desktop set ups
- Healthcare IT experience is highly preferred
- ECSA Certification preferred
- Knowledge of Enterprise Windows Active Directory administration.
- Automated systems deployment is a plus.
- Strong people skills and customer service required
- Ability to work well, stay calm under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be able to travel 12 times per year (1-week per month)
