About the role

  • We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Resourcing Manager to oversee and optimise the resource management and associated operational processes. At the centre of the business, this critical role will be highly visible and be an important connective tissue across several teams with different technical expertise.****The key responsibilities include; ensuring the efficient deployment of our workforce, managing project staffing, engaging with people to understand their skills and implementing strategies to maximise productivity. Finding opportunities to improve the use of existing tools or leverage AI will also form an important part of the innovation this role will bring to the company.

Requirements

  • - Proven experience (5 years+) in resource management in a similar technology services businesses
  • - Experience dealing with teams of over 100 resources
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • - Proficiency in resource planning best practices and tools.
  • - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • - Agility to adapt to shifting demands and priorities.
  • - Solid understanding of success metrics and a strong understanding of delivery and business operations.
  • - Solid understanding of technologies, with experience of working with engineering teams (Cloud, Data, Software)
