About the role
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Create and prioritize product roadmaps that align with customer needs and business goals.
- Work with Development and Design Team on developing functionality
- Participate in demos for sales prospects
- Coordinate with Product Marketing Team on product launches and go to market strategies
- Attend product check points to review progress on roadmap projects with leadership
Requirements
- Experience launching a product and owning the process from beginning to end.
- Ability to interface with multiple levels within a customer's organization (c-suite, decision-makers, users).
- Deep payment fraud management experience either within the vendor or banking space.
- Curiosity, empathy, and a passion for talking to our customers and internal teams, helping to 'peel the onion' to uncover problems they may be having.
