Serve as the product owner for payment acceptance across all Active Advantage merchant accounts and regions.
Partner with Global Payments, Finance, and Engineering to monitor, analyze, and improve transaction authorization performance.
Design, maintain, and continuously refine deeply detailed dashboards that monitor payment outcomes at multiple levels — including issuer, bank, BIN, processor, merchant ID, and customer cohort.
Analyze patterns by agency and client groupings to understand where acceptance varies and lead structured initiatives to close performance gaps.
Work directly with payment partners to optimize presentment strategy (including MCC, descriptor, routing, and retry logic).
Ensure all payment activity complies with regional recurring-payment regulations in the U.S., U.K., and Australia.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in payments, acquiring, or financial operations, ideally with exposure to recurring billing or large-scale e-commerce.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and act on authorization, settlement, and chargeback data.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with data, engineering, and finance teams.
